1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes: We offer high care delivery to ensure fresh and timely delivery of your plants. Shipping times may little vary depending on your location and the availability of the plants. Every customer will be contacted by daffodils plants to make prompt and safe delivery.
2. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within [1] business day from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

   ONLINE ORDER WITH CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION: Online order with cash on delivery is booking the item from our stock and waiting for the delivery at customer doorstep in Qatar
   FREE DELIVERY FOR QR 250 AND ABOVE ORDERS WITH OUT BIG TREES AND HEAVY ITEMS AT THESE BELOW LOCATIONS
   FREE DELIVERY LOCATION: Within Doha City, North; upto IKEA Area, South; Upto Wakra Town, West; upto New Industrial Area, and Mall of Qatar [ MOQ ] East upto Dafna , Pearl & Lusail City].
   DELIVERY CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED FOR BEYOND THE ABOVE GEO LOCATIONS: It will be discussed with customer before delivery
   DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Cash on delivery orders are delivered within 48 Hours in specified delivery location as mentioned above, any delay will be communicated to customer.
   RETURN POLICY: We strive hard in delivering the best plants for you. Returns are not accepted after the customer checked the plants and received it, Plants can be returned then and there with driver if it’s not in good condition only.
4. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, selected shipping method, and order weight. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your order.
5. Shipping Restrictions: We currently offer shipping within [List of Countries/Regions you ship to]. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
6. Plant Packaging: Our team takes utmost care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. Plants are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We use environmentally friendly materials whenever possible.
7. Shipping Notifications: Once your order is shipped, you will receive whatsapp message .
8. Delivery Process: Deliveries are typically made during standard business hours. In case you are not available to receive the package, we will re schedule the delivery at your convenience.
9. Plant Health upon Arrival: We guarantee that all plants are healthy and well-rooted when they leave our facility. However, please inspect your plants immediately upon arrival. Plants can be returned then and there with driver only if it’s not in good condition.
