How To Care
Light: Need at least six hours of direct sun per day. Full sun is ideal.
Water: Deep watering once monthly is sufficient, Avoid sites where water stands during rainy periods
Fertilizer: Fertilize after planting and regularly throughout the growing season with a good nutrition regiment, the best time to do this is once a week from April to August. Do not amend the soil with organic material or anything else.
Temperature: temperatures remain between 33 °F-50 °F. Extreme winter temperatures will damage the olive fruit.
Potting: Repot the tree as quickly as possible to this larger pot after purchase and use fertile black soil.
Pruning: Olive trees do not require pruning in order to produce fruit, at least not until they are around 50 years old. Pruning only recommended yearly at the end of the winter or beginning of spring to make shaping
