The Philodendron Atom is a hardy plant and responds well in bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, and areas of shade.
Planting & CareÂ
Sunlight: The Philodendron Birkin will thrive in indirect sunlight. However, it will tolerate a shadier position. The foliage will appear a deeper green in a shady position. Direct sunlight will burn its leaves.
Soil: The Philodendron Birkin prefers rich soil that retains moisture.
Water:Â Likes moist soil. Not too wet and not too dry. Water regularly but allow the soil to partially dry out before watering again. The roots do not like to be left wet so ensure that your pot has good drainage.
Fertilizer:Â During spring and summer use an all-purpose liquid plant food to promote new growth.
Temperature:Â The Philodendron Atom prefers a warm and humid environment
Pruning:Â If any leaves need removing it is fine to cut them off at the base of the plant.
