Night Queen – Night Blooming Plant
Night Queen is an easy-to-grow and cares in warm climates that bloom multiple times beginning the summer months. This night-blooming cestrum is an evergreen sprawling shrub it has glossy, smooth, simple leaves, vine-like stems and commonly known as the lady of the night, queen of the night, Raat ki Rani.
Planting & Care
SunLight: Though Night Blooming jasmine blooms in the night, it requires at least 4 to 5 hrs of sunlight or light partial shade each day to bloom and good growth. Avoid excessive sun exposure too as it cause leaves to wilt.
Soil: Night queen plants need very well-draining soil
Watering: Keep soil moist throughout the growing season.
Fertilizer: Feed sparingly. You can give your plants a little organic fertilizer in mid-spring, as they start actively growing.
Temperature: Prefer average temperature of 30 degrees C
Pruning: You can pinch the tips of growing ends to encourage new branches and growth. The new branches will bloom fast.
